Pet Policy

Please notify us during booking if you plan to bring a pet. Provide details such as the type, size, and number of pets.

Only pet-friendly rooms located on the first floor are available for guests with pets. Pets are not allowed in other room types.

Pets are allowed only in designated areas on the first floor.

Pets should not be left unattended in the pet-friendly rooms.

A cleaning fee of NT$200 per pet will be charged at check-in.

Guests must bring their own pet cleaning supplies, including towels and bath towels, as those provided in the room are not for pet use.

We love having your furry friends stay with us, but we just ask that you please ensure they don't urinate or defecate freely in the room. We also kindly ask that you refrain from allowing them on the bed or sofa. We do provide pet crates or sleeping mats, so please feel free to use those if you need them.

To protect the rights of both parties, we will conduct a thorough inspection of the pet-friendly room upon checkout to identify any damages (e.g., urine stains or furniture damage). In the event of significant damage or severe soiling, additional fees may be applied.

When checking out, please leave the key on the tray on the first floor. Luggage storage is available on the ground floor. -
Please be aware that there will be a charge for late check-out. Please note that a charge of 50 TWD will be applied for a period of half an hour, and 100 TWD for one hour. Please note that additional hours are charged at the applicable hourly rate. Please note that during peak season or when the property is fully booked, late check-out may not be available.

Please note that an additional cleaning fee may be applied for extra guests or stains. Bed linen: Please note that a charge of 200 TWD will be applied for laundering a bed sheet or duvet cover. A fee of 100 TWD will be applied for bath towels and foot mats. An additional charge of 50 TWD will be applied for the cleaning of pillowcases.

In the event of damage to an item, compensation will be provided in accordance with our policy. Hairdryer: The cost for a replacement TV remote is 600 TWD. The cost for replacement of the air conditioner remote is 800 TWD. The cost for a room key card is 1,000 TWD. The cost of a room key is 150 TWD.

Scooter rentals are available 24 hours a day. Please note that a fee of $50 per hour will be applied on weekdays and $100 per hour on weekends for any rental periods exceeding the agreed time.

For reasons of privacy, we are unable to provide housekeeping services for extended stays. Should you require a replacement towel or garbage bag, please request this between 9:00 and 14:00.

Let's reduce plastic together and show our love for sea turtles! We've got no disposables or bottled water in rooms, but you can purchase them at the lobby. And there's free water, tea, and coffee downstairs!

To prevent light-attracted insects from entering the premises, especially due to the nearby uncultivated area, please ensure that doors and windows are kept closed.

For reasons of health and safety, we ask that our guests do not smoke, use drugs or chew betel nut in their rooms or in public areas. Any violations will result in a fine of between 3,000 and 12,000 TWD for cleaning.
Cancellation and Postponement Policy

Postponement Policy:
‧ Should you require a postponement of your reservation due to personal circumstances after making a booking, you are permitted to do so on one occasion. Please notify us at least seven days prior to your scheduled stay. The new date must be within six months of the original booking. Please note that if you cancel after postponing, the deposit will not be refunded.
‧ In the event of a typhoon that disrupts transportation and prevents guests from departing, the accommodation fee for the extended stay will be charged at 70% of the original rate.
‧ In the event that you are unable to arrive on the day of your booking due to personal reasons, please be advised that we are unable to offer a refund. -
Cancellation Policy:
‧ Please be advised that deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation on the same day.
‧ Cancellations made one day before the scheduled stay will receive a 20% refund of the deposit.
‧ Cancellations made between two and three days before the scheduled stay will receive a 30% refund of the deposit. Postponement is not available.
‧Cancellations made between four and six days before the scheduled stay will receive a 40% refund of the deposit. Postponement is not available.
‧Cancellations made between seven and nine days before the scheduled stay will receive a 50% refund of the deposit, or you may choose to postpone your stay for up to six months (any price differences will be applied).
‧Cancellations made between ten and thirteen days before the scheduled stay will receive a 70% refund of the deposit, or you may choose to postpone your stay for up to six months (any price differences will be applied).
‧Cancellations made fourteen days or more before the scheduled stay will receive a 100% refund of the deposit, or you may choose to postpone your stay for up to six months (any price differences will be applied).

If you need to cancel due to health reasons and provide the relevant proof, you will be issued a full refund.
